Returns

Shirts ordered in standard sizes and sleeve lengths (14 ½ - 17 ½; 32”-36”) may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of receipt of purchase. Shirts must be in unworn/unwashed condition to receive a refund or exchange.

We are extremely careful when advising customers about custom sizing. We encourage customers to err on a little ‘too big’ rather than ‘too small’. Sizing up a little is always a safer bet and guarantees you’ll get full use of your new shirt. We are happy to make any minor adjustments in future orders to optimize fit.

All large/tall shirts and shirts with custom alterations (includes all shirts with custom sizing and/or custom tailoring options) are final sale.
